RESOLUTION NO.
A Resolution of the Board ofTrustees of the
City of Newport Beacl, as the legislative body
thereof, Binding and determining that the public
interest una necessity requires the acquisition of
a public improvement, consisting of the opening
and videnmg of a public street in said City.
The Board of Trustees of the city of Newport Beach,
as the legislative body thereof, does hereby resolve, find, and
determine as follows:
let. The public interest and also the public necss-
pity requires that the city of Newport Beach acquire a public
improvement, consisting of the widening of the south drive of
Central Avenue, a public street in the city of Newport Beach.
2nd. The real property, all of which is located wholly
inside of the territorial 'limits of the city of Newport Beach, and
described as follows, is necessary for the opening and videnin, of
CentralAvenue.
Beginning at the northwesterly corner of Lot 19;
thence easterly along the northerly line of said Lot
19; a distance of 10 ft. to the northeasterly corner
thereof; thence southerly along the easterly lice of
said Lot 19, a distance of 6 feet; thence wasterly in
a difect line, a distance of 30X15 feet to a point in
the westerly line of said Lot 19, which point is 9 feet
southerly of the northwesterly corner of said Lot w;
thence northerly along the westerly lire of said Lot 19,
a distance of 9 feet to the place of beginning.
3rd. The foregoing resolution was duly introduced
before the Boas of Trustees of the city of Newport Beach at a
regular msetin; thereof held on the 15th day of Octo.er, 1923,
was read, considered, designated Resolution No. , the roll r:as
