A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
CITY OF NEWPORT BE1,0H CONF('RMING THE ASSESS-
MENT FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF CERTAIN PORTIONS
OF COAST BOULEVARD PLACE, COAST BOULEVARD, 29
TH STREET, 36TH STREET, FINLEY AVENUE AND OF
A CERTAIN ALLEY IN SAID CITY.
WHEREAS, Pursuant to statute the Superintendent of Streets of
the City of Newport Beach made and filed with the .City Clerk of said
City on the 30th day "of October, 1923, his assessment and diagram for
the improvement of certain portions of Coast Boulevard Place, Coast
Boulevard, 29th Street, 36th Street, Finley Avenue and of a certain
alley in said City as described in Resolution of Intention No. 233;
passed by the Board of Trustees of said City on the 7th day of May, 1923,
and
WHEREAS, notice was duly given in the manner and form required
by for all interested persons to appear before the Board of Trustees
in the Council Chamber of the City Hall at the hour of 7 ;30 osclock P.M.
of Monday, the 12th day of November, 1983, and show cause why the said
Board of Trustees should not confirm said assessment, and
PTHEREAS, all interested persons having appeared before this
Board of Trustees and having been given full opportunity to show cause
why said assessment should not be confirmed and all objections presented
having been heard and fully considered, now
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Trustees of the city of Newport
• Beach as follows:
• That no cause has been shown why the said assessment should
not be confirmed;
THEREFORE, the Board of Trustees of the City of Newport Beach
does hereby approve and confirm the said assessment, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Superintendent of Streets of

said City of Newport Beach be and he is hereby authorized and directed
to attach a warrant to said assessment and record the game in the manner
and form required by law and thereafter to deliver the same to the Con-
tractor or its assignee.

121y and regularly passed by the Board of Trustees of the City of New-
port Beach on the I.Z4 day of , 1923, by the following
