SAID CITY.
The Board of Trustees of the City of Newport Beachd0 re-
solve as follows:
That.the following plans and plat prepared by the City F:n-
gineer of said City for the improvement of Central Avenue, Plaza Del
Norte, Plaza Del Sur, Miramar Drive, ncean Boulevard, G- Street, I- Street,
L- Street, M- Street, Channel Road and the alleys in Blocks F, G, H, I, J,
K, L and n, as said streets and alleys are laid out and shown upon a map
of Tract No. 518 as recorded in Miscellaneous Maps, Book 17, Pages 33,
34, 35 and 36, Records of Orange County, California, within said City,
to -wit:
That plan No. 293 designated "City of Newport Beach, California,
Plan No. 293, of Ornamental Street Lighting System Upon Certain 'Portions
Of Central Avenue, Plaza Del Norte, Plaza Del Sur, Miramar Drive, Ocean
Boulevard, G- Street, I- Street, L- Street, M- Street and Channel Road, rithin
Said City "ri
And that plan No. 294 designated "City of Newport Reach, Calif-
.ornia, Plan No. 294, of Plater Distributing System for Domestic Supply and
Fire Protection, to be Constructed in Certain Portions of G- Street and

and of certain alleys in Tract No. 518 as Said Streetsand Alleys are Laid
Out and Shown Upon a Map of Said Tract No. 518 Recorded in M. M. Book 17,

And that plan No. 233 designated "City of Newport Beach, Sewer-
age System Designs of Standard Junction Chambers and Drop Manholes ";
And that plan No. 234 designated "City of Newport Beach Sewerage
System Designs of Standard Manholes, Lamp Holes and Drop House Connections ";
And that plan No. 235 designated "City of Newport Beach Sewer
System, Standard Designs of 5" Shallow Flush Tank and Type A Manhole Frame
and Cover ";
And that plan No. 236 designated "City of Newport Beach Sewerage
System Design of Standard Manhole Frames and Covers ";
And that plat designated "Plat No. 295 of Assessment District
. For the Improvement of Certain Portions of Central Avenue and Certain Other
• StreetsiAvenues and certain Alleys situated in Tract No. 518 as Per Map

California".; be and the same are, hereby adopted as the plans for doing
said work and the plat of said assessment district.
I hereby certify that the,foregoing resolution, being Resolu-
