• A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH ADOPTING A CERTAIN PLAN SHOWING GRADES
AND CURB LINES OF CERTAIN PORTIONS OF 14th.STREET,BROAD
STREET ;SAN BERNARDINO AVENUE AND OCEAN DRIVE WITHIN
SAID CITY.

The Board of Trustees of the City of Newport Beach do resolve
as follows:
That the following plan prepared by the City Engineer of
said City showing grades and curb lines on certain streets within
said City,to wit:
That Plan No.2960designated, "City of Newport Beach,California,
PLAN N0.296,establishing official grades and location of curb lines
on certain portions of 14th. Street,Broad Street,San Bernardino Avenue
and Ocean Drive ", be and the same is hereby adopted as the plan of the
grades and location of curb lines of said streets.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution, being Reso-
lution No.2 75 was duly adopted by the Board of Trustees of the City of
