The Board of Trustees of the City of Newport Reach, do re-
solve as follows:
F'HERFAS, the Board of Trustees of the City of Newport Beach
did on the -1//4. day of December, 1923, pass a Resolution No.
ordering the improvement of Ocean Boulevard and certain other streetE),
avenues and alleys in Tract No. 518 as per Map thereof recorded in
Miscellaneous Maps Book 17, Pages 33, 34, 35'and 36, Records of Orange
County, California within said City under the Improvement Act of 1911
and the amendments to said Act;
AND THFP.FAB, said Board desires that said work be done under
the direction of the City Fngineer;
NOV THFREFOPF, the Board of trustees of the City of Newport
Beach hereby resolve and direct that the aforesaid work shall be done
under the direction of the City Fngineer, and the materials used shall
comply with the srecifications and be to the satisfaction of the City
Rngineer, instead of the Superintendent of :trects.
Passed by the Board of Trustees of the Oity of eirport Beach,
this &&.day of December, 1923.
