The Board of Trustees of the City of Newport Beach do resolve
as follows:
That the following plans prepared by the City Engineer of said
City for the improvement of certain Portions of 14th Street, Broad
Street, San Bernardino Avenue and Ocean Drive within said City, to —wit:
That Plan ITO. 257, designated, City of Newport Beach, California,
Plan No. 297, plans and profiles of certain Portions of 14th Street,
Broad Ctreet, San Bernardino Avenue and Ocean Drive ", and Plat desig-
nated, "Plat Yo. 298 of Assessment Pistrict for the in.p'rovement of
certain portions of 14th Street, Broad Street, San Bernardino Avenue
and Ocean rrive in the Pity of Ilewport Reach, California ", be ar.d the
came are hereby adopted as thaplans for doing said work, and for said
aeeessment district.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution, being Feaoluticn
