TIDE LAND3::.1AID OTHER REAL PROPERTY
2 ADJACENT THERp, OF THE CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH.
3 RESOLUTION N0. -
4 WHEREAS, it satisfactorily appears to the City Council of
5 the City of Newport Beach that it would be for the best interest
6 and benefit of the City of Newport Beach to lease the real property
7 described in a copy of said proposed lease attached hereto; and
8 WHEREAS, an adequate and sufficient consideration has
9 een offered )3y J. A. Beek, a citizen of the City of Newport Beach,
10 ilounty of Orange, State of California for a lease of said described
11 bide lands and other real property adjacent thereto,
12 NOW, THEREFORE,, BE IT RESOLVED: That it would be for the
13 best interest and benefit of the City of Newport Begch that the sail
14 tide lands and other real property adjacent thereto, belonging to
15 the said City of Newport Beach and more particularly described in
16 the copy of said lease attached hereto, be leased to J. A. Beek
17 upon the terms and for the consideration as set forth in said at-
18 tached lease and that said J. A. Beek pay into the City of Newport
19 Beach the sum of one hundred, twenty dollars (2120.00) within ten
20 (1U) days from date hereof and that upon making such payment a good
21 and sufficient lease be given to the said J. A. Beek to the said
22 tide lands and real property adjacent thereto, by the Mayor and City
23 Clerk of the said City of Newport Beach and that the terms of said
24 lease shall be as set forth and particularly specified in the copy
25 of said lease attached hereto and made a part hereof and incor-
26 orated herein as though set forth in this resolution in full.
27 I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly
28 and regularly introduced, passed and adopted by the Board of
29
Trustees of the City of Newport Beach, at a. regular meeting thereof
