1 An Easement and Right -of -way from The Irvine Company
2 a West Virginia Corporation, to the City of Newport Beach, a
.3 Municipal Corporation of the State of California, dated April 13t,
4 1928, for street purposee,over that certain strip of land situate
5 in the County of Orange, State of California, and more particular
6 described as follows, to -wit: .
7 All that certain piece or parcel of land being a
portion of Section 35, Township 6 South, Range 10 West,
.8 San Bernardino Base and Meridian, described as follows:
Beginning at a point, which point is the following
9 courses and distances from the. common corner of Sections
269-279 34 and 35 of the aforesaid Township 6 South,
10 Range 10 West; South 45 Deg. 411 20" East, 1063.73 feet;
South 710 541 East, 301957 feet, to the above mentioned
11 point of beginning; thence from said point of beginning
North 230 571 30" East,.. 60.31 feet to a point; thence
12 South 710 541 East, 276.93 feet to a point; thence South
850 431 East, 1365.95 feet to a point; thence due South a
13 distance of 60.17 feet to a point; thence North 850 431
West, 1378.16 feet to a point;. thence North 710 541 West,
14 290.24 feet to the place of beginning.

17 motion duly seconded by Trustee 4. f and ..
18 carried, that said easement and right -of -way be accepted by the
19 City of Newport Beach and the Clerk record the same forthwith wit:
20 the County Recorder of the County of Orange, State.of California.
