RESOLUTION or' THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEy °,PORT
3 BEACH, AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY OF
SAID CITY, FIXING THE SELLING PRICE THEREOF AND AUTHORIZING
4 AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK OF SAID CITY TO EXE-
CUTE A DEED TO THE PURCHASER ON BEHALF OF SAID CITY.

6I WHEREAS, it satisfactorily appearing to the City
7 Council of the City of Newport Beach that it would be for the benefit
8 and beet interests of said City of Newport Beach to sell the real
9 property hereinafter described; and

u City Council that the said real property is unsuitable for the
12 purposes for rthich it is nor, being used and that said City has
13 no further use for said premises and the improvements tl.areon; ead
14 GxEREAS, said property is not any portion of any
15 waterfront; and
16 " #hHEREAS, an adequate and sufficient consideration hae
17 been offered to the City of Newport Beach by Fred B. Lulls, for said
18 described real property;
19 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That it mould be for
20 the common benefit and the benefit and beet interests of t2ae City of

Newport Beach that the following described real property belonging
22
to the City of Ncr-ort Beach and situate in the City of Newport Beach
23
County of Orange, State of California, and more particularly doe -

cribed as follca,s, to- 1,yit;

Lot 11, Block 1 of East Newport, as shown on
a map recorded in Book 3, page 37 of ;:i3cellan-

be sold for the sum c; X2725.00, lawful money of the Uri +ad States, tc

Fred Fills of Newport and upon payment of said

sum to the City of Yewport Beach, that a good and sufficient deed be

are hereby directed to e..ocuta said deed on behalf of said City,

Newport Beach in and to said real property and the whole thereof.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly
and regularly passed by the City Council of the City of Newport Beach
at a regular meeting thereof, held on the let day of July, 1929,
