It ap ?earirg to the City Council of the City of
Ne7port Beach that the drilling of a well for domestic mater
supply on the site of the present pumping plant of the
dater Department of the City of Ne*7port Beach, located in
the southeasterly quarter of Section 18, Township 6 South,
Ranbe 10 „est, San Bernardino Base w laeriaian, is now necesst:,ry
to insure the domestic rater supply of the City o2 l`e-nort Beach.

erty as _3repared by R. L. Patterson, ".;ester Superintendent and

hereby adopted as and for the specifications for the doing of
said work in making said im- )r &vement.
BE IT 1URTHER RESOLTED, That the City Clerk give a
11otice to contractors inviting bids for the drillin` of ---,id
dell in accordance with the specifications herein on file and
as - )rovided by law and that said notice be published three (3)
times in the NEaPORT NEWS, a newspaper of general circulation,
printed, published and circulated in the City of Newport Beach.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
