The City Council of the City of Newport Beach, pursuant to the pra7isions of the Improvement Act of 1911, and the Improvement Bond Act of 1915, and amendments to said acts, do resolve as follows: SEC'T'ION 1. DESCRIPTION OF WORK. That the public interest and convenience requires and that it is the intention of the City Council of the City of Newport Beach, California, to order the following Mork to be done, to -wit: That SEVILLE AVENUE for its entire length as laid out and shown upon a man of Tract ,`;948, recorded in Book 30 of Miscellaneous I.Iaps, Pages 6 Cc 7, Records of Orange County, Milifornia, be improved by certain grading by the construction of certain cement con- crete curb, cement concrete sidewalk, cement concrete pavement, cast iron pipe eater mains, gate valve, valve box and cover, fittings and a ?-,urtenanees, and fire hydrants and appurtenances, by the installation of certain granite concrete ornamental lirhting hosts, together with wires, cables, conduit, lamas •• and other suitable and necessary ap)liances for the nurr)ose of lightin slid Seville Avenue; that SEERA140 AVENUE for its entire length in said Tract ',948 be improved by certain grading, cement concrete curb, cement concrete sidewalk, cement concrete pavement, citrified clay pipe sanitary sewers and other appurtenances, vitrified clay pipe house connection sewers, cement concrete flush tank and appurtenances, copper pipe crater service connection, fittings and appurtenances, by the Installation of certain granite concrete ornamental lighting posts, together with mires, cables, conduit, lamp and other suitable and necessary appliances for the purpose of lighting said Serrano Avenue;
