Said City Council has deterrained and declared that serial bonds to represent unpaid assessments and bear interest at the rate of seven (7) per cent per annum will be issued in the manner provided by the Improvement Bond Act of 1915 and amendments thereto, the last installment of which bonds shall mature fourteen (14) years from the second day of July ne-t suc- ceeding ten (10) months from their date. _till of the work herein ordered, except for the issuance of bonds, as hereinbefore stated shall be done and.earried through in accordance with the pro- visions of an act of the Legislature of the State of California, designate3 as "The Improvement Act of 1911" approved April 7th, 1911, and all acts amandatory thereto. sLCTION IV.
