A deed dated the 22nd day of August, 1930, from R. B.
Kelley and Magdalena E. Kelley, husband and wife, of Orange
County, California, to the City of Newport Beach, a Municipal
Corporation of the State of California, granting to said City
of Newport Beach, all that certain real property situated in the
City of Newport Beach, County of Orange, State of California,
and more particularly described as follows, to -wit:
All that portion of Lot One (1) in Block Four (4) of
the Balboa Tract as shown on a Map recorded in Book 4,
page 11 of Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Orange County,
California, described as follows, to -wit::
Be inning at the southwesterly corner of said Lot One
(1T and running thence northerly along the westerly line
of said Lot One (1) a distance of 10 feet; thence south-
easterly in a direct line to a point in the southerly line
of said Lot one (1), which point is 15 feet easterly of the
southwesterly corner of said Lot One (1); thence westerly
along the southerly line of said Lot One (1) a distance of
15 feet to the point of beginning.
Subject to Improvement Bonds of Record.
was presented to the City Council of the City of Newport Beach
California.
WHEREUPON, Councilman Ellsworth made a motion, duly
seconded by Councilman Garfield and carried, that said Deed be
accepted by said City of Newport Beach and the Clerk instructed
to record the same forthwith with the County Recorder of the
County of Orange, State of California.
That said motion was carried by the following vote, to-wit:
AYES COUNCILMEN: Hilmer, Ellsworth, Garfield & Johnson.
NOES COUNCILMEN: None.
ABSENT, COUNCILMEN glaire.
I hereby certify that the foregoing to be a true extract of
the minutes of the City Council of the City of Newport Beach at a
regular meeting thereof held on the 6th day of October, 1930-
