WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 345 of the city of Newport Beach
and amendments thereto, authorizes and empowers the City Council

of the city of Newport Beach to make the changes hereinafter
7
provided for in the traffic regulations of said City.

NOW8 THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That parking of motor
9
vehicles in the city of Newport Beach, on the West side of Main
10
Street from Balboa Pier northeasterly 95 feet to the alley, be
11
and the same is hereby limited to ten (10) minutes, between the
12
hours of eight Otclock A. M. and six o'clock P. M. on each day,
13
and that the limited parking zone herein mentioned shall be
14
designated by painting the street curbs thereof a green color,
15
and by the erection of appropriate signs thereon at not more than
16
Q_ feet apart, informing the public that parking in said
17
zone is limited to ten minutes between the hours heretofore
18
specified; and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the parking of motor vehicles
20
shall be entirely prohibited on the west side of Main Street
21
from the alley to Central Avenue, and that the curb at said
22
place shall be painted red, and that appropriate signs be
23
erected thereon at not more than feet apart, informing
24
the public that parking in said zone is prohibited; and
25
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the parking of motor vehicles
26
in said city, on the East side of Main Street from Bay Avenue
27
southwesterly ninety (90) feet to the alley, be and the same is
28
hereby limited to ten (10) minutes, between the hours of eight
29
ofclock A. M. and six o'clock P. M. on each day, and tta t the

limited parking zone herein mentioned shall be designated

by painting the street curbs thereof a green color, and by the

in the city of Newport Beach, on the east side of Marine Avenue
from Park Avenue northerly a distance of fifty -four (54) feet,
be and the same is hereby limited to ten (10) minutes, between
the hours of eight o'clock A. M. and six o'clock P. M. on each
day, and that the limited parking zone herein mentioned shall
be designated by painting the street curbs thereof a green color,
and by the erection of appropriate signs thereon at not more
thanr feet apart, informing the public that parking in
said zone is limited to ten minutes between the hours heretofore
specified.
The above and foregoing Resolution was passed, adopted
and approved by the city Council of the city of Newport Beach
at a regular meeting thereof held on the 2nd day of July, 1934,
by the following vote, to -wit:

the foregoing Resolution Noe 832 was duly and
regularly adopted, passed, and approved by the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach, California, at a regular meeting of
said City Council held at the regular meeting place thereof, on
the 2nd day of July , 1934 , by the following
