A Quitclaim deed frora Sadie M. Irwin, a widow dated
the 13th day of January, 1938, to the City of 11ewport Beach, a
Municipal corporation of the sixth class of the State of
California, remising, releasing and quitclaiming; to the City of
Newport teach all that certain real property situated in the
City of Newport Beach, County of Orange, State of California,
described as follows, to -wit:
Lots 44, 45, 46, 47 and 49, Tract No. 444, as shown
on a Map recorded in Book 19, page 29 of Miscellaneous
Maps, Records of Orange County, California,
eras presented to the City Council of the City of ?e ^port Deach,
California.
17HPIR'IM01I, Councilman CLAIRE, made
a motion, duly seconded by Councilman GORDON, and
carried, that said AuitclaAm deed be accepted by said city of
I4ewport Beach, and that the City Clerk be instructed to record the
same forthrith with the County Recordef- of Orange County,
California.
That said motion was carried by the following vote, to -wit:
