RESOLUTION NO.
A Quitclaim Deed dated the 15th day of January, 1938,
from Fred C. Johnston and Mary E. Johnston, husband and wife as
joint tenants, to the city of Newport Beach, a Municipal corpora-
tion of the sixth class of the State of California, remising,
releasing and quitclaiming to the City of Newport Beach all that
certain real property situated in the city of Newport Beach,
County of Orange, State of California, and described as follows:
Lot 13, Block 435, Corona Del Mar, as shown on
a Map recorded in Book 3, pages 41 and 4$ of
Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Orange County,
California,
was presented to the City Council of the city of Newport Beach,
California.
WHEREUPON, Councilman Claire made a
motion, duly seconded by Councilman &pion and
(carried, that said Quitclaim Deed be accepted by said City of
Newport Beach, and that the City -Clerk be instructed to record
(the same forthwith with the County Recorder of Orange County,
10alifornia.
That said motion was carried by the following vote,to -wit:
AYE$, COUNCILMEN: Gordon, Claire,
Whitson, Brown and Williamson.
NOES, COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT, COUNCILMEN:None
