RESOLUTION NO.

2 A Quitclaim Reed dated the 27th day of January, ,1938, from
• 3 Edwin L. Kirkpatrick and May Kirkpatrick husband and wife as joint
4 tenants, to the city of Newport Beach, a Municipal corporation of
5 the sixth class of the State of California, remising, releasing
6 and quitclaiming to the city of Newport Beach all that certain
7 real property situated in the city of Newport Beach, County of
8 Orange, State of California, and more particularly described as
9 1 follows:
10 Lot 22, Block 437, Lots 4 and 6, Block 537; Corona Del
Mar, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 3, pages 41 and 42 of
11 Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Orange County, California,

13 was presanted to the City Council of the city of Newport Beach,
14 California.
15 WHEREUPON, Councilman Claire made a
16 motion, duly seconded by Councilman Gordon and
17 carried, that said Quitclaim Deed by accepted by the City of
18 Newport Beach, and the City Clerk be instructed to record the same
19 forthwith with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
20 That said motion was carried by the following vote,to wit;

22 AYES, COUNCILMEN: Gordon, Claire,
23 Whitson, Brown, Williamson.
24 NOES, COUNCILMEN: None.
25 ABSENT, COUNCILMEN: None.
