RESOLUTION NO.
A Quitclaim Reed dated the 20th day of January, 1938, from
Edgar Thomas Latimer and Emma A. Latimer,husband and wife as joint
tenants, to the city of Newport Beach, a Ifunioipal corporation of
the sixth class of the State of California, remising, releasing;
and quitolaiming, to the city of Ile"port Beach all that certain
real property situated in the city of Ilewport Beach, County of
Orange, State ofCalifornia, and more particularly described as
follows:
Lots 5,7 and 9, Block 537, Corona Del Mar, as
shown on a Map recorded in Book 3, pages 41
and 42 of Miscellaneous Maps,Records of Orange
County, California,
was presented to the City Council of the city of Newport Beach,
California.

motion, duly seconded by Councilman
Gordon
carried, that said Zuitolaim Deed by accented by the City of

iletsroort Beach, and the City Clerk be instructed to record the same
forthwith with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
That said motion was carried by the follos=ing vote,to -tit:
