2 A Quitclaim Deed dated the 22nd day of January, 1938,
3 from Don E. Montague and Edna Barker Montague, husband and wife
4 as joint tenants, to the City of Newport Beach, a Municipal
5 corporation of the sixth class of the State of California, re-
6 rising, releasing and ouitclaiming to the City of Ne^:port Beach
7 all that oertain real Tnronerty situate in the city of 111ewport
8 Beach, Orange Uounty, California, and described as follors:
9 Lots 8, 10 and 12, Block 643, Corona Del Mar,
10 as shown on a Map recorded in Book 3, pages
41 and 42 of Miscellaneous Maps, Records of
11 Orange County, California,
12 was presented to the City Council of the City of 7ermort Bea.ch,

15 motion, duly seconded by Oouncilman Gordon and
16 carried, that said !quitclaim Deed be accepted by the city of
17 i ?ewport Be,:.ch, :=_nd that the City Clerk- be instructed to record the
18 sexie forthwith with the County Recorder of Orange County,
19 Celifor:iia.
20 That said motion was carried by the following vote,to -wit:
