RESOLUTION N0.
A Quitclaim Deed dated the 5th day of January, 1938,
from ANNA I. ELBERTSON to the City of Newport Beach, a
municipal corporation of the sixth class of the State of
California, remising, releasing and quitclaiming to the City of
Newport Beach all that certain real property situated in the City
of Newport Beach, County of Orange, State of California, described
as follows, to -wit:
Lot 16, Block 16, Section "B ", Newport Beach,
as shown on a Map recorded in Book 4, page 27
of Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Orange County,
California,
was presented to the City Council of the City of Newport Beach,
California.
)HEREUPON, Councilman ._: Claire made a
motion, duly seconded by Councilman Gordon and
carried, that said Quitclaim Deed be accepted by said City of
Newport Beach, and that the City Clerk be instructed to record
the same forthwith with the County Recorder of Orange County,
California.
That said motion was carried by the following vote,to -wit:
AYES, COUNCILMEN: Gordon. (IlnirP
Whitson. Brown. Williamson.
NOES, COUNCILMEN: None.
ABSENT, COUNCILMEN: None.
I hereby certify the foregoing to be a true extract from
the minutes of the City Council of the City of Newport Beach at a
regular meeting thereof held on t 7th day of February, 1938.
