21 WHEREUPON, Councilman ` made a
22 motion, duly seconded by Councilman and
23 carried, that said Quitclaim Deed be accepted by the City dounoil
24 of the city of Newport Beach, and that the City Clerk be instruct
25 to record the same forthwith with the County Recorder of Orange
26 Oounty, Oalifornia.
27 That said motion was carried by the following vote, to-wit
