RESOLUTION NO. �
A Quitclaim deed dated the 14th day of March, 1938,
from Urban F. Weis and Edith R. Weis, husband and wife, to the
City of Newport Beach, a Municipal corporation of the sixth
class, remising, releasing and quitclaiming to the city of
Newport Beach all that certain real property situated in the city
of Newport Beach, County of Orange, State of California, described
as follows:
Lots 1 and 3, Block 431, Corona Del Mar, as
shown on a Map recorded in Book 3, pages 41
and 42 of Miscellaneous Maps, Records of
Orange County, California,
was presented to the city Council of the city of Newport Beach,
California.
WHEREUPON, Councilman
a motion, duly seconded by Councilman

carried, that said Quitclaim Deed be acceptdd by said city, and
the City Clerk instructed to record the same forthwith with the
County Recorder of Orange County, California.
That said motion was carried by the following vote,

I hereby "bertify the foregoing resolution to be a true
extract from the minutes of the City Council of the city of
