RESOLUTION NO.
A Grant Deed dated the 7th day of June, 1938, from
Ralph P. Maskey and Irene Maskey, his wife, to the City of
Newport Beach, a Municipal corporation of the sixth class of
Orange County, California, granting to the said City of Newport
Beach all that certain real property situated in the city of
Newport Beach, County of Orange, State of California, and more
particularly described as follows, to -wit:
Lot Three (3) in Block Three Hundred Thirty
Eight (338), Canal Section, Newport Beach Tract,
as per map recorded in Book 4, page 98, Miscellan-
eous Maps, Records of said Orange County.
was presented to the City Council of the city of Newport Beach,
California.
WHEREUPON, Councilman made
a motion, duly seconded by Councilman and
carried, that said Grant Deed be accepted, and that the City
Clerk be instructed to record the same forthwith with the
County Recorder of Orange County, California.
That said motion was carried by the following vote,
to -wit:
