A Grant Deed dated the 29th day of June, 1938,
from Wilma F. Edge, to the city of Newport Beach, a Municipal
corporation of the sixth class of Orange County, California,
granting to said city of Newport Beach all that certain real
property situated in the city of Newport Beach, County of
Orange, State of California, and more particularly described as
follows, to -wit:
Lot 2 in Block "M" of Tract No. 323, as per map
recorded in Book 14, pages 40 and 41 of Miscellaneous
Maps, in the office of the County Recorder of said County.
Subject to encumbrances, reservations, restrictions
and easements of record.
was presented to the City Council of the city of Newport Beach,
California.
WHEREUPON, Councilman ��,,r� made a

carried, that said Grant Deed be accepted by said city of
Beach, and that the City,Clerk be instructed to record the
forthwith with the County Recorder of Orange County, Californ'
