RESOLUTION NO.
A Grant Deed, dated the 30th day of June, 1938, from
James E. MacIntyre and Frances L. MacIntyre, husband and wife,
to the city of Newport Beach, a Municipal corporation of the
sixth class of Orange County, California, granting to said city
of Newport Beach all that certain real property situated in the
city of Newport Beach, County of Orange, State of California,
and more particularly described as follows:
That portion of Lot 3 in Block "C" of Tract No. 470,
as shown on a Map recorded in Book 17, page 28 of Miscellan-
eous Maps, Records of Orange County, California, described as
follows:
Beginning at the southeasterly corner of said lot;
thence Northerly along the easterly boundary thereof 25 feet
to the true point of beginning; thence westerly along a
line parallel with the southerly boundary of said lot to the
Westerly boundary thereof; thence northeasterly along the
Westerly boundary of said lot to the most southwesterly corner
of the land conveyed by Lester Paul Sims et al to James E.
MacIntyre, et ux., by deed recorded in Book 689, page 198 of
Deeds, Records of Orange County, California; thence Easterly
along the Southerly line of said land to the Easterly boundary
of said lot; thence southerly along the Easterly boundary of
said lot to the point of beginning.
Subject to rights of way and reservations of record.
Subject to encumbrances of record.
was presented to the City Council of the city of Newport Beach,

WHEREUPON, Councilman �10.;re made a
motion, duly seconded by Councilman and
carried, that said Grant Deed be accepted by said city of Newport
Beach, and that the City Clerk be instructed to record the same
forthwith with the County Recorder of Orange County,California.
