RESOLUTION NO.
WHEREAS, a certain Grant Deed dated the dayof
, 1938, from the.City of Newport Beach, a
municipal corporation of the sixth class, to Lewis G.Blake and
Dora M. Blake, husband and wife, as joint tenants, granting to
said Lewis G. Blake and Dora M. Blake, all that certain real
�roperty situated in the city of Newport Beach, County of Orange,
State of California, and more particularly described as follows,
to -wit:
That portion of Lot 2 in Block 733 of Corona Del
Mar, as per map recorded in Book 3, pages 41 and 42 of
Miscellaneous Maps, in the office of the County Recorder
of said County, described as follows:
Beginning at the most Westerly corner of said Lot
2; thence Northeasterly along the Northwesterly line of
said lot to the most northerly corner thereof; thence
Southeasterly along the Northeasterly line of said lot to
the Easterly prolongation of the southerly line of the
Northerly 25 feet of Lot 1 in Block "M" of Tract No. 323,
as per map recorded in Book 14, pages 40 and 41 of Mis-
cellaneous Maps, in the office of the County Recorder of
said County; thence Westerly along said Easterly prolonga-
tion to the Southwesterly line of said Lot 2; thence North-
westerly along said southwesterly line to the point of be-
ginning.
Subject to all restrictions, reservations and ease-
ments of record,
was presented to the City Council of the city of Newport Beach,
California; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the city of Newport Beach
deems that it is for the best interests of said City that said
property be deeded to the said Lewis G. Blake and Dora M. Blake,
husband and wife, as joint tenants, for the consideration therein
set forth, and other valuable considerations, including the widen -

City Clerk of the City of Newport Beach be, and they are hereby
directed and instructed to execute said Grant Deed in the name
of and on behalf of the City of Newport Beach, and the City Clerk
