RESOLUTION No. A*-
• The City Council of the City of Newport Beach
does hereby RESOLVE AND ORDER that in the notice of the
special election to be held October 31, 1938, which this
City Council has heretofore directed the City Clerk to
publish, said City Clerk shall include another proposi-
tion, to be designated Proposition No. 2. Said proposi-
tion shall be for the issuance of bonds in the amount
of three hundred twenty -five thousand dollars ($325,000.00)
in one bond issue for one gross amount for all of the im-
provements constituting said City Plan.
