RESOLUTION NO.
WHEREAS, a certain Quitclaim Deed dated the 7th day of
September, 1938, from H. Cardoza Sloan and Lillian Crosby Sloan,
husband and wife, to the City of Newport Beach, a municipal
corporation of the sixth class of Orange County, California,
remising, releasing and quitclaiming to the city of Newport Beach
all that certain real property situated in the City of Newport
Beach, County of Orange, State of California, and more
particularly described as follows:
All that portion of Block "F" of "Balboa Tract ", as
shown on a Map recorded in Book 4, page 11 of Miscellaneous
Maps, Records of Orange County, California, lying between
the Southwesterly prolongation of the Northwesterly line of
Lot Twenty -seven (27) in Block Fourteen (14) of said "Balboa
Tract ", and the Southwesterly prolongation of the south-
easterly line of said Lot Twenty -seven (27),
was presented to the City Council of the city of Newport Beach,
California.
WHEREUPON, Councilman made a
motion, duly seconded by Councilman wq and
carried, that said Quitclaim Deed be accepted, and that the City
Clerk be instructed to record the same forthwith with the County
Recorder of Orange County, California.
