RESOLUTION NO. II
WHEREAS, a certain Quitclaim Deed dated the 6th day of
October, 1938, from Alfred G. Anderson to the City of Newport
Beach, a Municipal corporation, remising, releasing and quitclaim-
ing to the City of Newport Beach all that certain real property
situated in the City of Newport Beach, County of Orange, State of
California, and more particularly described as follows, to wit;
The Southeasterly 60 feet of Lot 3 in Block °D"
of Tract No. 323, as shown on a Map recorded in
Book 14, pages 40 and 41 of Miscellaneous Maps,
Records of Orange County, California,
was presented to the City Council of the city of Newport Beach,
California. p
WHEREUPON, Councilman \opp ��r made a

motion, duly seconded by Councilman aT01 % and
carried, that said Quitclaim Deed be accepted, and that the City
Clerk be instructed to record the same forthwith with the County
Recorder of Orange County, California.
That said motion was carried by the following vote, to -wit:
