RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH CANCELLING TAXES AND ASSESSMENTS

ON CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY NOW OWNED IN FEE BY
THE CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH.

WHEREAS, the City of Newport Beach has acquired the

following described real property situated in the City of

Newport Beach, County of Orange, State of California, and more

particularly described as follows;

And WHEREAS, the City of Newport Beach is now the
fee title owner of the real property heretofore described.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That all taxes and
penalties, including assessments collected as taxes, together
with the penalties thereon, now a lien against the above
described property, accruing to this date, be and the same
are hereby cancelled and the Tax Collector of said city is
hereby directed and instructed to cancel all of such taxes,
assessments and penalties to this date, on the above described
real property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That said cancellation of
taxes and assessments be made in accordance with this resolution
and the ordinance in such cases made and provided.

I hereby certify that the above and foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly passed and adopted by the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach at an adjourned regular meeting thereof
held on the 21st day of November, 1938, by the following vote,
