RESOLUTION NO.
A Quitclaim Deed dated the 14th day of December, 193
from EUGENE C. BLODGETT and ROSE VV. $1ODGETT husband and wife, and
ALFRED W. WOTKYNS and LEAH H. WOTKYNS, husband and wife, to the
CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH, a municipal corporation of the sixth class,
remising, releasing and quitclaiming to the City of Newport Beach
all that certain real property situated in the city of Newport
Beach, County of Orange, State of California, and more particularl
described as follows, to -wit:
Lot 5, Block A. Tract 673, Corona del Mar,
as shown on a Map recorded in Book 20, pages
17 and 18 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of
Orange County, California.
was presented to the City Council of the city of Newport Beach,
California.
WHEREUPON, Councilman Q LIQ_ made a motion,
duly seconded by Councilman and carried, that
said Quitclaim Deed be accepted by he City of.Newport Beach, and
that the City Clerk be instructed to record the same forthwith
with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
