RESOLUTION NO. —
A Quitclaim deed dated the 30th day of January, 1943,
from THE STERLING CO. to the CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH, a municipal
(corporation of the sixth class, remising, releasing and quit-
claiming to the City of Newport Beach all that real property
situated in the City of Newport Beach, County of Orange, State of
California, and more particularly described as follows, to —wit:
Lot 3, Block 23, First Addition to Newport
Heights, as shown on a Map recorded in Book
4, page 94 of Miscellaneous Maps, records
of Orange County, California
was presented to the City Council of the City of Newport Beach,
Calif orni a.
WHEREUPON, Councilman J made a motion,
duly seconded by Councilman ' and carried, that
said Quitclaim deed be accepted by the City of Newport Beach and
that the City Clerk be instructed to record the same forthwith
with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
That said motion was carried by the following vote,
