RESOLUTION NO.A -, 1 -
WHEREAS, there has this day been presented to the City
,^,ouncil of the City of Newport Beach a certain Grant Deed dated the
11th day of February, 1943, from VICTOR PETERSON, wherein said
Victor Peterson grants to the CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH all that
certain real property situated in the City of Newport Beach,
County of Orange, State of California, and more particularly
described as follows, to -wit:
Lot 14, Block 14, Tract 234, as shown on a Map
recorded in Book 13, pages 36 and 36 of Miscell-
aneous Maps, records of Orange County, California.
WHEREUPON, Councilman Ui1 \¢� made a
motion, duly seconded by Councilman ���e0� and
carried, that said Grant Deed be accepted by said City of Newport
Beach, and the Clerk instructed to record the same forthwith with
the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
That said motion was carried by the following vote, to -wi
