WHEREAS, CHARLES F. BIALY, a widower', has this day

offered to the CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH, the sum of $375.00 for the
• 4 Northeasterly one -half of Lot 30 and all of Lot 32, Block 2142,
5
Corona del "`ar, in the City of Newport Beach, as shown on a Map
6
recorded in Book 3, pages 41 and 42 of Miscellaneous Maps, records
7
of Orange County, California; and
8
WHEREAS, the said price is a fair and adequate price
9
as and for the purchase price of said lots; and
10
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Newport Beach
11
deems that it is for the beat interests of said City that said
12
property be sold for the said sum of $375.00; and
13
WHEREAS, the price offered is just, fair and adequate
14
and is not disproportionate to the real value of the property
15
above described.

17 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That said property be
18 sold to the said Charles F. Bialy, a widower, as his separate
19 property, for the sum of $375.00, free and clear of all
20 encumbrances, subject to the taxes for the fiscal year 1943 -44.
21 Also subject to conditions, restrictions and reservations of
22 record. The Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby authorized and
23 directed to execute and deliver a deed for said property to the
24 said party upon receipt of the consideration above set forth.
25 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the sum of $93.75 be
26 paid to G. W. Ritchie, as and for his commission for the negotiati
�7 of the sale of said real property to Charles F. Bialy, a widower,
28 as his separate property, said sum being a fair and reasonable
29 commission to be allowed in said sale, and said broker being a
30 licensed realtor of the City of Newport Beach.
31 I hereby certify that the above and foregoing Resolution
32 was duly and regularly passed and adopted by the City Council of

held on the 26th day of April, 1943, by the following vote,
