RESOLUTION NO. � 0 If
WHEREAS, there has this day been presented to the City
Council of the city of Neryport Beach a certain Deed dated the
5th day of July, 1943, whereby the lity of Newport Beach as
party of the first part grants to R. E. Deeble, as party of the
second part, all that certain real property situated in the
City of Newport Beach, County of Orange, State of California,
and more particularly described as follows:
Lots One (1) to Twenty -seven (27), both inclusive, in
Block One (1); Lots Two (2) to Twenty -seven (27), both
inclusive, in Block Two (2); Lots One (1) to Twenty -six (26)
both inclusive, in Block Three (3); Lots One (1) to Twenty -
five (25) both inclusive, and Lots Twenty -seven (27) and
Twenty -eight (28) in Block Four (4); Lots Two (2), Twelve (12)
and Thirteen 13 , and Lots Fifteen (15) to Twenty -seven (27)
both inclusive, in Block Five (5)r Lots Two (2)to Five (5),
both inclusive, and Lots Seven (7! to Twenty -three (23), both
inclusive and Lots Twenty -six (26) and. Twenty -seven (27 in
Block Six (6)- Lots One (1), Two (2 , Three (3), Six (6 , Seven
�7), Eight (8ji 'Nine (9), Eleven (11�, Twelve (12), Thirteen
13), Fifteen `15, Sixteen (16), Seventeen (17), Eighteen (18),
Twenty -one (21), Twenty -two (22)), Twenty -three (23) and Twenty -
six (26) in Block Seven (7); Lot One (1), and Lots Four (4)
to Twelve (12), both inclusive, in Block Eight (8); Lot Three
(3) in Block 9; Lots a (1) to Five (5), both inclusive, in
Block 10; Lots Nine (9}, Nineteen (19) and Twenty (20) in Block
11; Lot 6 in Block 12; Lots 1, 2, n, 6, 7, 9 and 10 in Block
13; Lots 3 to 20, both inclusive, in Block 14; Lots 1 to 35,
both inclusive, in Block 15; Lots 1 to 23, both inclusive,
in Block 16; Lots 1 to 8, both inclusive, in Block 17; Lots
1 to 26, both inclusive, in Block18; Lots 1 to 16, both
inclusive, in Block 19; Lots 1 to 11, both inclusive, in Block
21; Lots 1 to 15, both inclusive, in Block 22; Lots 1 to 35,
both inclusive, in Block 23; ;jots 1 to 22, 'both inclusive, in
Block 24; Lots 1 to 14, both inclusive, in Block 25; and Lots
1, 5, 6, 7, 11 and 12 in Block 26, all in "Tract No. 772 ", as
shown on a Yap recorded in hook 23, gages 5 and 6 of
Uiscellaneous Maps, Records of Orange County, California.
SUBJECT to conditions, restrictions, reservations and rights
of way of record,, and taxes for fiscal year 1943 -44, not yet
payable.
And AREAS, the consideration for the giving of said
Deed is the sum of 010,000.00; and
M[EREAS, the City Council of the city of Newport Beach
deems that it is for the best interests of said city that said

property be deeded to the said pasty of the second part upon the
terms and conditions in said deed set forth, and for the
consideration therein mentioned; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the city of Newport Beach
deems that.the consideration of $10,000.00 is in all respects
just, fair and adequate.
NOR, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor and
city Clerk of the city cf Newport Beach be, and they are hereby
directed, authorized and instructed to execute said Deed in the
name of, and on behalf of the city of NeF'port Beach, and that
the City Clerk deliver said Grant Deed to the party of the
second part therein named.
I hereby certify that the above and foregoing
resolution was duly and regularly passed and adopted by the Oity
Council of the city of Yew-port Beach at a regular meeting thereof
held on the 5th day of July, 1943, by the following vote, to —wit:
