RESOLUTION NO. )
1IHEREAS, under Ordinance No. 507 of the City of
Newport Beach relating to air raid precautions, there has
been a change of rules relating to lights and dim -outs in
the City of Newport Beach by Proclamation No. 20; and
l ?HEREAS, many provisions of said Ordinance No. 507
are not needed now for the protection of the City of Newport
Beach and the inhabitants thereof;
NO", THEREFORE„ BE IT RESOLVED: That all rules
and regulations adopted by the Chief of Police of the City
of Newport Beach in relation to dim -outs and black -outs
in the City of Newport Beach, be, and they are hereby
rescinded.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the above and foregoing
Resolution was duly passed and adopted by the City Council
of the City of Newport Beach at a regular meeting thereof
held on the iw_ day of December, 1943, by the following
vote, to -nit:
