3 HmHEAS, there has this day been presented to the
4 City Council of the City of lTevrport Beach a certain conditional
5 sales contract wherein said City of Nerport Beach a.p,mees to
6 purchase on the installment plan the following described
7 personal property, to -wit: One Chrysler Crown, 116 Horse -power
8 Gasoline Engine, No. Li -7- 12825; and
9 1..1H9Rk;A8, the City Council of the City of Pernort Beach
10 believes that the price agreed to be paid is fair, just and
11 equitable and not disproportionate to the actual value of the
12 personal property herein agreed to be purchased; and
13 '..1iiLMAS, the City Council of the City of rewport Beach
14 further believes that it is necessary that said property be
15 purchased immediately, as it is needed at this time for the
16 safe- guarding of city owned property.
17 NOIi, TM ,AFORE, BE IT RESOLUD: That the Mayor and
18 City Clerk be authorized, directed and instructed to sign said
19 conditional sales contract on behalf of the City of Kewport
20 Beach, and that payments be made in accordance with said contract.

22 I H REBY CERTIFY that the above and foregoing Reso-
23- lution was duly and regularly passed and adopted by the City
24 Council of the City of rewport Beach at a. regular meeting thereof
25 held on the Ltd day of 194_1 by the following
