Aseement and/or rights, reserving to the grantor herein
the rights, all as set forth and described in the conveyance
to City of Newport Beaoh, dated Jesse 3, 19469 and recorded

in the office of the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
The description of any aad all of said easements and /or rights
granted and reserved as set forth in said conveyance, is hereby
incorporated herein, and made an integral part hereof, for all
purposes as fully as though set forth herein at length,
It is the intention of the parties hereto to place the
grantor and grantee herein in the identical position with
