RESOLUTION APPgOVING iiAS' SHOMING A PORTION OF A STREW$
DESIGNATED AS THE OCSAN FRONT
BETWEEN LUGONIA 9T11 :: T AND COLTON STREW
ITT TIE CITY OF 41: " ORT BEACH,
WHICH IS PROPO= TO BE VACATED, OLOaED UP AND ABANDONED
TEA$, the City Engineer of the City of Newport
has presented to the City Council of the City of Newport Benoit a
certain map showing a portion of a certain street which the city)
of Newport Beanh proposed to vacates close up and sbandon on the
Ocean Front, in the city of Newport Beach, and which portion of
said street is described as follows, to wit:
Hegiaaning at a point in the uortheastarly line of Ocean
Front, said point of beginning also being the most south-
erly corner of Lot 4, Blows F, Seashore Colony Treat, re-
corded in Miscellaneous paps, Book 79 Page 25, records of
Orange County, California, thence northwesterly along
said northeasterly line of Ocean Front 34 feet: thence
southwesterly parai'iel to the southwesterly prolongation
of the nortkweeterly line of said Lot It to an intersec-
tion with a line 15 lest, measured at right angles south-
westerly of and parallel to said northeasterly line of
Ocean Front*. thence southeasterly along said parallel
line to an intersection with the southwesterly prolonga-
tien of the southeasterly line of said Lot 4: thence
northeasterly along said southwesterly prolongation to
the point of beginning.
3M# THEREFORE, BE It RESOLVED, that said Map be, and
the same is hereby, approved and the City Clerk Of the City of
Newport Boash is hereby ordered and directed to file the same in
the proceedings for the abandonment of said portion of said sire,
and that said map be used in connection with the Resolution of
Intention this day passed in reference to the abandonment of sci
portions of said Street.
The above and foregoing Resolution was duly passed and
adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of
Newport Beach, held on the nth day of dune, 19510 by the
vote, to wit:
