RESOLUTION NO. 3892
WHEREAS, there has this day been presented to the City
Council of the City of Newport Beach an agreement dated the 1st
day of July, 1951 by and between the State Personnel Board,
party of the first part, and the City of Newport Beach, a
municipal corporation, as party of the second part; and
TMEREAS, it appears to be for the best interests of the
City of Newport Beach that said agreement be entered into
between said parties;
NOX:T, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mayor of the City
of Newport Beach and the City Clerk of the City of Newport
Beach be and they hereby are directed and authorized to execute
on behalf of the City of Newport Beach an agreement dated the
1st day of July, 1951, by and between the State Personnel
Board, as party of the first part, and the City of Newport
Beach, as party of the second part, which said agreement provide:
for the performing by the State Personnel Board of services
incidental to the preparation, construction and rating of
examinations for classification, all upon the terms, conditions
and provisions as in said agreement more particularly set forth;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that a duly executed copy of said
agrement be delivered to said State Personnel Board.
The above and foregoing resolution was duly and regularly
passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Newport
Beach at a regular meeting thereof held on the 11th day of
June, 1951, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES, COUNCILMEN Finch Ramsey, Greeley, Blue,
Isbelf
NOES, COUNCILMEN None
ABSENT, COUNCILMEN None

regularly adopted, passed, and approved by the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach, California, at a regular meeting of said
City Council held at the regular meeting place thereof, on the
11th day of June 19 51, by the following
