WHEREAS Balboa Coves Inc., a California Corporation, h"
Offered to grant to the City of Newport Beach, a municipal corp..
oration of the sixth olasep the following described easement or
right of way over the following+desoribed property for no oonsid•
oration; and
PIHEREAS said offer has been accepted and there has be*ft
presented to the City of Newport Reach a grant deed from said
Balboa Coves Inc. to the City of Newport 13eanh, said deed being
dated July 27th, 1951, and covering the following described
right of clay or easement:
A right of clay or easement for the purpose of oonstruetF•
lon of a street lighting system including standards,.undergroattd
conduit and appurtenances with the right of going in,rnover sad
under the premises hereinafter described, for the purpose of
repairing, maintaining and replacing of said street lighting
system, in, over and under that certain real property described as
.follows, to -ants
Lots "A ", 4B" and "C" as said lots are shown upon i may
of Tract No. loll recorded in Book 3190 pages 37 to 40 inolusiv
of Miscellaneous Baps, records of orange County, California„ said
lots being ocated in the City of Newport beach, County of Oran,

California;
AND WHEREAS it appears to be for the best interests of
the citizens of the City of Newport ' 9each to accept and approve
said deed;
NOW, THEFMPORE, tar: IT RESOLVED that said deed
referred to and covering the hereinabove described property is
accepted and approved by the City of Newport Beach.
The above and foregoing %evolution was duly passed and
P.dopted at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of
Newport reach held on the 13th day of August, 1951, by the
following vote, to -wit:
