A RESOLUTION OF INTENTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF NEePORT BRACH DECLARING ITS
ART TO ORDER THE CLOSING 1P, VACATION
AND ADANDOWENT OF A PORTION OF A STREW
DESIGNATED AS THE OCEAN FRONT BEIVE M TWENTIETH
STREET AND UC FAD= PLACE IN THE CITY OF Nw'"d-
PORT BEACH, COUNTY OF ORANGE, STATE. OF CAL -
IFORNIA
The City Counail of the City of Newport Beach, pursuant
to 3.!w provisions of the *Street vacation Act of 1943.8, and all
amendments thereto, being sections #5300 through 11331 or the
Streets and Highways Code,. Goes hereby ordain, resolve and
declare as follows:
SECTION 1: That the public interest and convenience
require the *losing up and abandonment or a pert or a portion of a
street in the City or Newport Beach, and it is the intention of
the City Council, or the City or Newport .Reach to order the
following described portion of said street in said City of Nomport
Beach, County or orange. State or California, to be vacated,
Closed up and abandoned, to -wit:
Beginning at an angle point in the Southwesterly 1100
or Lot 7, Block 20, lot Addition to Newport Beach as said tract la
