RESOLUTION ORDERING VACATION
'WHMEASs the City bof Newport Reach did, on the ]j1h 4W
Of August, 1951s, pass its certain Resolution of Intention Ho.,L
declaring its intention to order the closing up, vacation and
abandonment of a portion of a street known as the Ocean Front,.
between T entieth Street and McFadden Place, in the City of Hewp
Beach, hereinafter more particularly described, pursuant to and
accordance with the "Street Vacation Act of 19441" and ail smend-
nents thereto, being Sections $300 through $331 of the Streets.
and Highvays Code of the State of California; and
ZAS, the street Superintendent of the City of
Beach has caused to be posted conspicuously along the portion of
said street proposed to be vacated, not more than 300 feet 8Vamt,
and not less than three in all, notices of the vacation of said
portion of said street, all of which will more fully appear from
the affidavit of L. W. Covert, the said Street Superintendent of
the City of Newport Beach, on file in these proceedings; and

tendent of the City of Newport Beach stated the preparation of
Resolution of Intention Ho.3v10 aforesaid, and the date and plain
of the hearing of all persons interested in or objecting to the
proposed vacation of said portion of said street; and
WHMEA8, the City Council of the City of Newport Beach
by said Resolution of Intention P*. 39 /0 aforesaid, did fix
the 29th clay of September, 1951, at the hour of 7&30 Pe U*
of said day as the time, and the Council Chambers of the City
Council of the City of Newport Sesch, located in the City Halt of
the City of Newport Aeaoh, as the plaoe, for the hearing of all
persons interested in or ob'soting to the proposed vacation of
said portion of said street; and
