A HEREAB, Stafford w. Bixby, Trustee, under the Decree

of Distribution rendered in.,tfte Estate of Howard E. Bixby, de-

ceased, has offered to sell the property hereinafter described

to the City of Newport Beach for the sum of 015,000.00; and

WMMEAe, the said offer has been accepted and the said

Stafford W. Bixby, Trustee, under the Decree of Distribution

rendered in the a state of Howard i;. 131xby, deceased, and the
9
City of Newport Beach have entered into an escrow for the trans-
10
fer of the title to said property; and

'WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City of Newpor
12
Beach a Deed from said Stafford :i. Bixby, Trustee, under the De-
13
cree of Distribution rendered In the Patate of Howard E. Bi *y,
deceased, to the City of Newport Beach, being dated November 6,

1951 and covering the following described real property situated
is
in the City of Newport Beach, County of orange., State of Califor-
nia:

Lots 6, To 14 and 15 in Block B -329 Corona del mar, as
shown on a flap thereof recorded in Book 3, Sages 41 and

420 Miscellaneous naps, Records of said Orange County;
reserving therefrom an easement to construct, maintain,
20
repair and replace a tlAber groin, consisting of wood
sheet - piling with wood ooaping 6 inches in width on Lot
21
14, Block B-32 as shown on a Map thereof recorded in
Hook 41
3, pages and 42 of Miscellaneous Maps, records

of Orange County, California., said timber groin being
located along the following describe& center line:

Beginning at a point in the Southeasterly line of said

Lot 14, vvhioh point is 54 feet southwesterly of the
most F,asterly corner of said Lot 14, thence Northerly
25
along a line with an angle of 400 30' to the Test of
the said Southeasterly line of Lot 14, a distance of

35 feet.

Also reserving therefor an easement to maintain the
existing conosete set -wall located adjacent to the

above groin;

said Deed,
