WHEREAS, pursuant to instructions, the City Attorney of

he City of Newport Beach, California has prepared a contract

in which the City of Newport Beach agrees to sell certain
xcess water of said city to

upon the conditions, covenants and restrictions in said
7
ontract set forth; and
8
WHEREAS, said contract has been duly presented by the
9
,ity Attorney to the City Council of the City of Newport Beach,
10
or its acceptance and approval.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That that certain
12
ontract made and entered into the day of , 19,

as the party of the second part, wherein and whereby the City
