RESOLUTION NO. 4563
RESOLUTION ORDERING CHANGES AND MODIFICATIONS
IN ASSESSMENT FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF 31ST
STREET AND OTHER STREETS AND RIGHTS OF WAY
IN THE CITY OF N94POIlT BEACH, CALIFOi ?NIA.
WHEREAS, on the 13th day of November, 1956, a hearing
was duly and regularly held for the hearing of protests and
appeals on the assessment filed for the improvement of 31st
Street and other streets and rights of way as described in
Resolution of Intention No. 44 210 adopted by the City Council
on the 27th day of December' 1955 as modified by Resolution
Ordering Changes and Modifications, being Resolution No. 45199
adopted by the City Council on the 23rd day of July, 1956; and
WHEREAS, further consideration of the confirmation of
said assessment was continued to the meeting of the City Council
on November 26, 1956; and
WHEREAS, it is the opinion of the Council that certain
changes and modifications should be made in said assessment;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT 1S HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY 0'r N&FORT BEACH, CALIFORNIA,
AS FOLLOWS$
SECTION 1. That certain assessments be changed and
modified in accordance with the schedule of changes and modifi
tions attached to this Resolution and marked Exhibit "A".
SECTION 2. That the Street Superintendent be and he is
hereby instructed to make the changes and modifications as set
forth on Exhibit "A" attached hereto, and to return the same to
this Council upon the making of such changes and modifications
for further consideration.
APPROVED and ADOPTED this 26th day of November$ 1956.

1. That Assessment Not 242 be redefined as Assessment
Numbers 242a and 242b, as follows$
Assessment No. 242a shall be described as Lot 2,
Block 1410 Canal Section, Miscellaneous Map Book 49 Page 989
and the assessment thereof shall be in the amount of $31.07.
Assessment No. 242b shall be described as Fractional
Lot 19 Block 141, Canal Section, Miscellaneous Map Book 4,
Page 98, and the assessment thereof shall be in the amount of
$3r82•
2. That Assessment No. 312 be modified to read as follows%
The Northwesterly 40 feet of Lots 11 and 12, Block
1361 River Section, Miscellaneous Map Book 4, Page 25, and the
assessment thereof shall be in the amount of $134.93.
3• That Assessment No. 313 be modified to read as follows;
The Southeasterly 60 feet of Lots 11 and 12, Block
136$ River Section, Miscellaneous Map Book 49 Page 259 and the
assessment thereof shall be in the amount of $202.39.
