RESOLUTION NO. /5"71
WHEREAS, the City Attorney has been instructed to pre-
pare a certain Grant Deed conveying to the Helipot Corporation
a corporations, a certain right of way or easement, twenty (20)
feet in width over a portion of Block 2, Lot 169, Irvine's Sub -
division, as shown upon a map recorded in Miscellaneous Record
Visps, Book 1, Page 88, Records of Orange County, California, for
the purpose of erecting, laying and constructing of pipe line,
or pipe lines, to convey storm water and sewage, with the right of
going in, over and under the premises for the purpose of repairing
maintaining and replacing said pipe lines in, over and under that
certain real property more particularly described in said Grant
Deed; and
WHEREAS, said right of way or easement will be for the
best interests of the citizens of the City of Newport Beach;
City Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to
execute said Grant Deed in the name of and for and on behalf
of the City of Newport Beach.
The above and foregoing resolution was duly and
regularly passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of
Newport Beach at a regular meeting thereof held on the I _
