THIS AMENDKEWT TO AGREEMENT, made and entered into this

of Newport Beach, a municipal corporation of Grange County, California,
hereinafter referred to as " City ", and Sully - Miller Contracting Company,
hereinafter referred to as " Contractor",
WITNESSETHt
WFMUUS, City and Contractor entered into a certain written
agreement dated the 13th day of November, 1956 for the resurfacing of certain
streets in Shore Cliffs and Corona Highlands in the City of Newport Besoh; and
WHEREAS, City and Contractor are
desirous of amending the
aforementioned agreement;
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration
of their mutual promises,
the parties hereto agree to amend that certain agreement dated the 13th day
of November, 1956 by and between City and Contractor as follows, to wits
1. That items 2, 3, 4 and 5 on pages 1 and 2 of said agree-
ment be amended as follows;
