ire' S, the City Council of the City of Newport Beach
has.heretofore considered the annexation of real property herein
referred to as the "?Fianrovia Annex ", Uhich is hereinafter described
aud.
W103 A3, said real property is In unincorporated terri-
tory, and situated In the County of Uran�e, State of Calbfornia ;and
,.'HEt'=, the said real property is uninhabited a-id con-
tiguous to the City of Newport Beach tisithin the meaning of the
Annexation of Uninhalolted Territory Act of 1939; and
WHEREAS, it appears to be for the beat interest of the
owner of said real property and for the citizens of the City of
Newport Beach that said zeal property be annax°d to the City of
Newport Beach;
NOW, TMMFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach submit a proposal and map to the County
Boundary Commission of Orange County, State of California, in
accordance with the Annexation of Uninhabited Territory Act oi•
193 that the proposal shall request said Boundary Commission to
determine the definiteness and certainty of' the boundaries and
other scatters affecting the proposed boundariea of the real
property referred to as the "Motrwovia Annex" and which is described
in Mchibit `'A" attached hereto and trade a part hereof as thou„h
set out in full herein; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Mayor and City Clark of
the City of Newport Beach, be and they are hereby authorized to
execute said proposal on behalf of the City of Newport Beach to be
verified by the said City Clerk and to file same with said Boundary
Commission of said Orange County.
The above and ioregoinG Resolution was duly passed and
adopted at a meeting of the City Council of the City of Newport
Beach held on the 26th day of March, 1956 by the €ollowina vote:

made a part hereof, requesting, that this proposal for amexation
be submitted to the County Boundary CormissLon of Orange County,
State of California„ and authorizing the mayor and City Clerk to
execute and Pile saw with said Boundary Commission on behalf of,
the City or Newport Beach; and
WHMMSs the real property, hereinafter described, a"
referred to as the "Moerrovis Amex" is unincorporated territory
and situated in the County of Ore, State of California; and
WHIREAS, the said real property in uninhabited and con-
tiguous to tho City of Newport Beach within the wring of the
annexation of Uninhabited Territory Act of 1939;
