3 1,7HEREAS, new signature cards should be executed so as
4 to permit the present Director of Finance to write checks in
5 the performance of his duties; and
6 WHEREAS, there have been presented signature cards
7 covering accounts with the Bank of Ameriea.Idational Trust &
8 Savings Association, Newport Beach and Balboa Branches, The
9 I Mariners Bank, and the Newport Harbor Bank, all located in the
10 , City of Newport Beach;

NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Newport

Beach do hereby resolve separately with respect to each of the
13
bank accounts above referred to as follows:

Balboa Branch - Inactive Account

RESOLVED, that this corporation establish in its name
16
one or more deposit accounts with the Bank of America National
17
Trust & Savings Association upon such terms and conditions as
18
may be agreed upon with said bank and that the Director of
19
Finance, City Manager and City Treasurer of this corporation be
20
and they are hereby authorized to establish such an account.

FURTHER RESOLVED, that S. V. Pfuntner, Director of
22
Finance, City Manager, Margery Schrouder, City Treasurer,

of this corporation be, and they are hereby authorized to

( withdraw funds of this corporation from the said account upon
